Alex pinchev

Managing Partner, Chair Investment Committee

Alex is a software executive veteran and a successful serial entrepreneur and early stage investor. He has Fortune 500 software leadership as the former EVP and President Global Sales & Marketing at Rackspace, which he helped lead the sale of to Apollo for $4.3B. He was also the former President of RedHat where he grew sales from $50MM to $1.2B. As a multi success founder he launched MainControl sold to MRO Software (2002), Interchip GmbH sold to Boole & Babbage (1992). He has held numerous public and private board roles such as – BMC Software, Qualys, Xebia Labs, among others. He has invested in numerous early stage software companies, both
institutional and personal.

Adalio Sanchez

Investment Committee

Adalio has decades experience as a software executive. He currently serves on the Board & Interim CEO Quantum ($500MM public co.). Adalio spent 30 years at IBM where among other roles ran two IBM multi-billion dollar divisions – System X the x86 systems unit, and the Retail Store Solutions (RSS) point-of- sale unit. He was a member of IBM’s Strategy Committee, where he directly influenced IBM M&A priorities. He has been an investor and advisor to multiple early stage
enterprise start ups.

 

Dennis Shaya

Partner

Dennis is a 20 year industry veteran and brings a diverse background and expertise to the team. He currently is serving as COO for Siemplify (a Capri team Investment co.). Prior to this he was a partner in a NYC micro VC where he made numerous early stage enterprise tech investments. Some of the successful investments include -- Swarm Mobile (sold to
Groupon), LiveStream (sold to Vimeo), V3 (sold to Sphere 3D). Dennis has held corporate roles with Ford, IBM, Deloitte Consulting.

Investment Committee

Don currently is President of Vapor.io, an emerging leader in the rapidly growing field of Edge computing infrastructure. Don spent 28 years at Goldman Sachs, during which time he held senior leadership roles in Technology in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Don led the global technology division for Goldman from 2012 to 2016. Don led strategic firm wide investments in VDI, Data architecture, AI and Cloud / Software Defined Infrastructure. He also created and led the teams responsible for the development of Symphony and Orbit which were  subsequently spun out of the firm as broader industry platforms.
 

Gilly Ron

Partner

Gilly is a 28 year veteran of the Israeli Tech community.  She was the former CMO of Matrix (largest IT integrator in Israel) and currently serves as the Chairman of Cloudzone.  Prior to Matrix she established the channels organization in New Applicom and prior at Digital Equipment Israel.  Gilly has extensive experience working with start ups, international vendors, and the tech community in Israel.  Gilly resides in Tel Aviv.

Kirill Tatarinov

Kirill is a seasoned software executive with over 30 years of industry experience.  Most recently he was the President and CEO of Citrix Systems, Inc.   Previously he spent thirteen years at Microsoft Corporation in several executive leadership roles serving as Executive Vice President of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division (MBS) with end-to-end responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics business.  Before joining Microsoft, Kirill was Chief Technology Officer for BMC Software, Inc. He joined BMC in 1994 via acquisition of Patrol Software where he was co-founder, chief architect, and head of R&D.
